Land Grant University in the Northeast

Diagnostics Plus is assisting a major provider of education (outside of Pennsylvania) with establishing a strategic position in the maturing online marketplace. As many institutions have defined their strategies, this institution has the potential to offer educational programming to a specific, high-need audience-group--one that has been ignored by most other universities at the national level. Part of the process will be conducting alumni, student, prospect and drop-out surveys, as well as a national web survey of potential adult learners. Advertising testing will be scheduled upon completion of the survey research.
