In Spring 2005, Diagnostics Plus completed an annual mail survey of over 13,000 Pennsylvania residents, which focused on safety, traffic flow, and ride quality on all types of Pennsylvania roadways. The reports provided meaningful, accurate, and actionable data that served as a useful planning tool for the 11 PennDOT districts, and the 67 counties in Pennsylvania, and at the statewide level. These reports included longitudinal consumer satisfaction data for the past 5 years.
