Pennsylvania Mobility Plan

Pennsylvania's Department of Transportation (PennDOT) recently completed Phase 1 of a 25-year strategic plan using extensive public input obtained by Diagnostics Plus. Approximately 2,000 individuals representing average residents, transportation planners, local elected officials, commercial interests, and visitors to the State were interviewed about their transportation needs and perceptions of Pennsylvania's transportation system.  Data was collected using our Computer Aided Telephone Interview (CATI) system, online web surveys, in-depth interviews, and regional outreach meetings with leading transportation officials across the Commonwealth.  Diagnostics Plus was also responsible for the public input for PennDOT’s previous 25-year plan, known as PennPlanMOVES.
