A biannual survey of Pennsylvania residents conducted by Diagnostics Plus provided actionable and useful data for PennDOT for nearly a decade. The letters in QUIK stand for the types of questions asked of the residents:
| “Q” |
= |
Quality ratings |
| “U” |
= |
Usage of residents (or observation) of PENNDOT services |
| “I” |
= |
Importance of the service to residents |
| “K” |
= |
Knowledge (or awareness) of the services offered by PENNDOT. |
A minimum of 100 completed surveys was collected in all 11 PennDOT engineering districts to ensure a representative sample of residents. The QUIK reports are rich with opinions and suggestions from Pennsylvania’s citizens about the transportation services provided by PENNDOT. The benchmark data is presented in a clear and concise manner, and allows for comparisons to be drawn and decisions to be made by PennDOT leaders.
